Our Story.

    The BluCru Journey

BluCru was formally established in January of 2019. This was after a trial period which started on October of 2017 when Stratalab, a company in Melbourne, Australia hired an offshore staff to manage their invoicing verification process. Stratalab provides back office services for the Strata Management industry in Melbourne. The success of the trial led to more Stratalab workflows handed over to an offshore team which propelled BluCru’s growth in terms of people and professionalizing its operations.

By January 2019, the team has grown to 20 people strong with a Team Lead and 4 Point of Contacts among them. Assigned to manage 12 workflow categories and almost 200 distinct tasks across 5 clients.

Simultaneously, the onshore team managing the training and professionalization of the client processes established N:N, their own BPO with BluCru as its exclusive workforce.
